In the interest of transparency, these principles provide detailed information on how and when we use cookies. On our website we process cookies necessary for the operation of the site and for analytics, and—if you give your consent—also for advertising personalisation.

What are cookies?

What cookies do we use?

We use session cookies when you use the Product Filter and also to check whether you are logged in or have placed any items in your cart.

What personal data do we process?

Cookies collect information about how you use our website. This includes the type of internet browser and operating system you use, the domain name of the location from which you connect (IP address), the date, time and duration of your visit, the number of visits, the average time spent on our site, and the pages you view. A cookie also contains a unique identification number that identifies your browser. This helps us recognise your browser when you return to our site. We also track how you search on our website and which products you view.

Purposes of processing personal data

The Controller may lawfully use cookies to measure website traffic and to adapt the display of the website, as these are processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and your consent is therefore not required. Data we collect may also be used for marketing tailored directly to you, but for this we need your consent.

How are cookies used for ad targeting?

To identify products that may interest you, we may collect information about the pages you visit or products you have purchased so that we can offer goods tailored to you. We cooperate with e-commerce platforms to serve targeted advertising to customers. We advertise via our own banners on our website and on third-party websites.

When you visit our website, third-party sites (such as our business partners’ pages) or click on our shop’s advertisement, your web activity may be tracked via cookies. Third-party cookies are created by our business partners who advertise our services on other websites. Our marketing partners may provide their own cookies to display personalised ads related to our e-shop.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR), the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to data portability to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that our company processes personal data in breach of the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR). Control over cookies

You can easily delete cookies from your computer or mobile device using your browser. Instructions on how to handle and delete cookies can be found in your browser’s “Help”. In such cases, the collected data is transferred to these third-party service providers for processing. We also use Google Analytics advertising features and Facebook Pixel. We use both persistent and temporary (session) third-party cookies. Persistent cookies are stored on your computer or mobile device for up to 24 months.

Data we obtain may be made available to third parties acting as processors of your personal data to help us provide our services (e.g., accounting, cloud service providers, analytics, audit, payments, fraud detection, marketing, and development). These third parties have access to your personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their activities and are obliged not to disclose it or use it for other purposes.

Possibly also to other providers of processing software, services, and applications that the Controller does not currently use.

The Controller does not control cookies on third-party websites. Third parties are responsible for how their cookies work and how personal data is processed.
