Purchase without VAT (0%) – for VAT payers within the EU

For companies registered as VAT payers in an EU member state, it is possible to purchase without Czech VAT (so-called transfer of tax liability – reverse charge).

How to proceed:

• Enter a valid VAT ID in the order form.

• Our system will automatically verify its validity in the VIES database.

• After verification, an invoice with 0% VAT will be issued.

Conditions:

• The VAT ID must be active in the VIES system: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/

• Applies exclusively to cross-border transactions (within the EU).

• The recipient must be a company based in an EU member state.
