It takes part in the overall energisation of the organism and significantly contributes to the reduction of excess weight, supports heart and brain activity, and improves physical and mental performance. To stimulate metabolism (speeding up the metabolic rate), caffeine is added (except in the eucalyptus+kiwi and fresh grep flavours), which helps increase metabolic turnover and results in increased use of energy from fats.
