Recommended dosage: drink 30 shot 1 minutes before physical performance. If needed, you can also take it during exertion. Maximum dose 2 shots per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
Use: intended for direct consumption or for diluting in water or a sports drink. Shake before use. Any cloudiness is not a defect of the product. After opening, consume the contents immediately.
