We therefore depend on its intake from food. Its deficiency causes neuromuscular and muscle cramps. Among other things, magnesium supports bone metabolism, protects against the deposition of excess calcium in soft tissues (heart, kidneys, vessel walls), stimulates the production of antibodies and increases immunity. The addition of water-soluble vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), which must be constantly replenished from food, supports the passage of magnesium across the cell membrane into the cell, which helps regulate the amount of magnesium inside cells. Use: Administer by pouring the contents of the vial into the mouth or by diluting its contents in water. Wash down only with water or a hypotonic drink.
