Zero flats is a latex milk with a nano-sealing composition that is installed inside the tyre and, in the event of a puncture, coagulates and forms a flexible and permanent plug. Zero flats replaces tubes and repairs punctures immediately. It can also be used on regular tyres.

This can reduce the weight of the bike by up to 200g. Zero flats recommends using tyres from the manufacturers Schwalbe, Continental, Kenda. It is important to use tyres with a good-quality bead. Zero Flats can be inflated with CO2 cartridges. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS During installation avoid contact with eyes and clothing. Zero flats contains ammonia (< 0.2%), which may cause eye irritation. Use protective goggles. If Zero flats gets into your eyes, rinse them with clean water. Zero flats is water-soluble – if it gets on clothing, do not let it dry and wash it as soon as possible. Use: 60ml per wheel INSTALLATION To seal a 1 wheel you need 60ml of Zero flats milk. If you use Tubeless, TNT or Tubeless Ready tyres, a workshop pump or CO2 is enough. Mount the tyre on the rim and inflate it so that the tyre beads seat in the rim. Then unscrew the valve, pour in 60ml of Zero flats and inflate to the required pressure. When installing regular tyres the procedure is the same, but you will need a compressor for inflation.
