Muc-Off C3 Lube contains boron nitride, which can withstand temperatures of up to 1200 °C. It is a ceramic material similar in structure to graphite, characterised by a hardness as high as diamond.

Muc-Off C3 Ceramic Lube is a lubricant that takes you into the future. Its patented formula achieves an incredible ratio of durability and very low friction. Boron nitride has a graphite-like structure and, together with diamond, is currently among the hardest known substances. The durability of C3 is further enhanced by fluoropolymers.

Before application, first clean the chain carefully. Shake the bottle of lubricant and apply it to each chain link. Wipe off excess lubricant with a clean cloth. After application, let the lubricant set for at least 3-4 hours before riding.

The application is also related to the composition of the lubricant. Thanks to the ceramic nano particles added as very effective additives, it is sensible, effective and economical to apply only as much lubricant as is necessary to lubricate the relevant places of the chain link, and if excess lubricant occurs we recommend wiping it off, because leaving a large amount of lubricant on the chain for a long time may cause clogging of the chain links.
