Enervit Gymline Muscle B.C.A.A are BCAA amino acids in capsules to protect muscle fibres during exercise and support recovery after it. Contains BCAA amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine).

BCAA amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) in their purest form, so that the body can use them immediately, quickly and efficiently to protect muscle fibres, in a ratio of 2:1:1.

EFFECTS OF BCAA AMINO ACIDS

• BCAA amino acids are one source of energy during prolonged exertion.
• BCAA contributeto the maintenance of muscle fibres during exercise and to the growth (repair) of muscle fibres after sport.

ADVANTAGE

Thanks to the 2:1:1 ratio (leucine, isoleucine, valine), the most abundant amino acid by content is L-leucine, which is an especially important amino acid for endurance athletes.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE

• Before exercise, 30–60 minutes before starting, at a dose of 5 tablets (wash down with plenty of water).
• After exercise, within 30 minutes of finishing, at a dose of 5 tablets (wash down with the remaining isotonic drink)

COMPOSITION

L-leucine (47.3 %), L-isoleucine (23.7 %), L-valine (23.7 %), thickener: hydroxypropyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, vitamin B6 in microcapsules (vitamin B6, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), vitamin B1.
