A professional sports drink in powder form which, when mixed in water, provides your body with a quality dose of energy for physical activity. Thanks to its high content of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and sodium, Isodrinx is an ideal source of fluids with an optimal amount of minerals and vitamins.

This drink is also ideal in terms of usability, in both hypotonic and isotonic dilution. The composition of the Isodrinx instant drink is inspired by the latest research in exercise physiology and sports nutrition. Emphasis is placed above all on the requirements of the human body in connection with the intake of fluids and minerals during performance.

Use: mix in water according to the recommended dosage, do not use mineral water.

The composition precisely matches the bodys requirements during intense exertion:

ISOtonic drink is intended for activities of very high intensity and relatively short duration (up to approx. 60 minutes).

Hypotonic drink should be taken during longer performances (over 60 minutes) and in lower-intensity activities, every 10 minutes 100 ml.

An isotonic drink has the same osmotic pressure as body fluids. Since human sweat has a lower osmolality than body fluids, targeted and controlled dosing is necessary. The mineral content of sweat is inversely proportional to the ambient temperature (as the temperature rises, the concentration of minerals in sweat falls), so at temperatures above 25 °C it is necessary to increase the amount of water used to prepare ISODRINX by 10 to 20 %. With disproportionately increased consumption of isotonic drinks, the intake of electrolytes may exceed their loss, and thus the intake may be higher than the current need. Their concentration in the extracellular fluids then becomes thickened and the osmotic balance between the extracellular fluid and the cells is disturbed.

ISODRINX also supplies a whole spectrum of essential vitamins.

The mineral blend is combined with simple sugars (glucose, sucrose) and complex carbohydrates (maltodextrin), which guarantees the delivery of "fast" and "gradual" energy. In the recommended amount, the drink is intended for anyone for regular replenishment of fluids and basic minerals. Take the hypotonic drink during performance to hydrate the body. Take the ISOtonic drink during performance to replenish energy and lost minerals. It can also be used before a race to pre-load carbohydrates and minerals.

Recommended dosage: the dilution ratio for ISOtonic drink is 35 g (a slightly heaped scoop) per 500 ml of water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm/kg). The dilution ratio for HYPOtonic drink is 35 g per 750 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg).
