Maxxis tyre MINION DHR II 26x2.4 DH MaxxPro wire (black)
Maxxis tyre for 26" FR and DH wheels, wire version.
With side knobs borrowed from the legendary Minion DHF model but widened to provide more support, the DHR II corners like no other. The centre tread features ramped leading edges that improve acceleration and sipes that create a smooth transition when leaning the bike. Paddle-like knobs on the centre tread dig into the ground under hard braking and help keep the bike under control.
Combined with a Minion DHF front tyre you get the perfect combination for aggressive trail riding! The Minion DHF tyre is available in trail, enduro and downhill specifications.
The new improved Minion DHR II is a top second-generation downhill tyre, developed for the most demanding downhill racing conditions. It has to meet the demanding criteria of professional riders at UCI World Cup races. Like its predecessor, the Minion DHR II uses angled knobs, but the tread is improved for more effective braking and acceleration on loose surfaces.
