It is a carbohydrate jelly with innovative properties that can be eaten up to 30 min. before exercise. It has a low glycaemic index and supports the use of body fat as the main source of energy. It contains no fat and is very easily digestible.

EFFECTS

• It optimises the blood sugar level, thereby preventing the onset of unwanted hypoglycaemia (lack of sugar in the blood) before exercise.
• The combination of low-glycaemic-index carbohydrates used (fructose and isomaltulose) supports the use of fat as an important source of energy.
• The carbohydrates provide gradually released energy.
• It satisfies hunger yet is easily digestible - it does not burden the digestive system (it contains no fats or proteins, which take a long time to digest).
• It energises thanks to its caffeine content.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE

• For effective energy replenishment and optimal preparation of the body before exercise, eat one to two jellies 60 to 120 minutes before physical exertion.
• Before shorter exercise (up to 120 minutes), eat 1 jelly 45 to 60 minutes BEFORE exercise.
• Before longer exercise (over 120 minutes), eat 2 jellies BEFORE exercise:
• the first 90 to 120 minutes BEFORE exercise
• the second 45 to 60 minutes BEFORE exercise
