Mounting instructions for the SMART RL-261R-LB flasher Inserting the batteries: Remove the cover using a coin (2 CZK, 5 CZK). Insert 2 x AAA batteries (included in the package). Test and snap the cover back on with light pressure. Mounting the holder: Unscrew the tightening screw of the clamp, open the clamp and place it on the seatpost with the safety tab pointing down. Tighten the screw and place the flasher into its working position from above until the lock clicks. Manufacturers recommendation: if you will not use the flasher for more than 1 month, remove the batteries. Also remove the batteries if they are already weak.
