The Alpina D-Alto is a cycling helmet made using double in-mould technology. Since the 2013 season it has featured the improved Ergo+ adjustment system, which contributes significantly to comfort. The upper plastic shell is made of polycarbonate, which is also used, for example, as film for bulletproof windows. The helmet is very well ventilated through 26 vents, and there is an insect net in the front. Size is adjusted with the "Run System Ergo+", which can be operated very comfortably with one hand even while riding, and the new "Swing Fit System", which sets 3 different angles of the adjustment mechanism according to the size and shape of the back of the head. With the visor removed, it becomes a very nice road helmet. The visor is attached to the plastic end of the strap lock, not directly to the helmet shell.
