Maxxis SHORTY tyre 27.5x2.4 DH 3C MaxxGrip wire (black)

Maxxis tyre for 27.5-inch wheels, wire version.

Current World Cup race courses are steep, very technical, and conditions often change within a short time. That is why the pros need an open, medium-height tread, ideal for dry and very unstable terrain, but also capable in the wet and mud. The Shorty is therefore much more versatile than the Wetscream mud-crusher. The tall, slightly angled side knobs penetrate loose ground easily and thereby create stable, well-predictable behaviour at high speed. The centre of the tread is made up of square and rectangular knobs and has excellent braking and self-cleaning properties.

• DH Casing – double butyl sidewall reinforcement
• The triple-compound 3C technology offers minimal rolling resistance and an exceptionally long tread life
• Casing with a thread density of 60 TPI
• Wire bead
• Maximum recommended
