Hydrate & Perform is an isotonic powdered drink mix for physical activities requiring fluid intake and for sportsmen and sportswomen, characterised by the following properties: - Quality hydration: the isotonic recipe provides faster hydration and optimal gastric emptying. Drinking before physical activity optimises fluid reserves before the start. Subsequent drinking during physical activity helps improve performance and endurance, thereby reducing the risk of digestive problems and ultimately improving recovery after physical activity. - Excellent source of energy. - Source of micronutrients, especially calcium and magnesium, which contribute to the proper function of muscles during physical activity and to quality recovery. The drink is also rich in vitamin B1, which is involved in converting food into energy.

recommended use:

During warm-up (150 ml every 15 min) and regularly during physical activity and after it ends (no later than 2 hours after physical activity) (150 ml every 15 min). Preparation of a dose: dissolve 3 measuring spoons in 500 ml of water.
