Powertabs soluble tablets are particularly suitable for short and intense sporting activities thanks to the correct dosage of carbohydrates, energy (87/kcal/dose) and micronutrients. This isotonic drink ensures optimal hydration and gastric emptying. It is also rich in vitamins C and E, B1, B2, B6, PP and in calcium and magnesium: - vitamins B1, PP and B6 are involved in converting food into energy. - vitamins C, E and B2 are involved in protecting cell components through antioxidants. - vitamin B6 is involved in the normal formation of red blood cells, which play an essential role in oxygenating tissues, including muscle. - vitamin C may, in case of deficiency, contribute to reducing fatigue. - calcium and magnesium contribute to proper muscle function. This sparkling carbohydrate drink refreshes especially after physical exercise.

recommended use:

During warm-up (150 ml every 15 min) and regularly during physical activity and after it ends (no later than 2 hours after physical activity) (150 ml every 15 min). Preparation of a dose: dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water.
