The Mavic Crossride FTS-X front built wheel with a diameter of 27.5" is a reliable part of the equipment for mountain bikes with disc brakes. The durable S6000 Aluminum alloy rim with an internal width of 21 mm is built in the Clincher Tubeless Ready design, allowing the use of classic tyres with an inner tube as well as a modern tubeless system for higher puncture resistance and better grip on the trail.

The strong and stiff lacing is made of 24 straight spokes (Straight pull, round) laced in a two-cross pattern, complemented by steel nipples with self-locking ABS technology preventing the lacing from loosening under load. The aluminium hub is fitted with quality industrial QRM bearings (Sealed cartridge bearings), which ensure smooth rotation and a long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.

The wheel is equipped with a mounting for disc brakes with 6 bolts. In terms of fitting into the fork it offers high variability – the basic 15 mm thru axle can be easily converted to a standard quick release using the adapters included in the package.
