SiS GO isotonic gels:

this is the first isotonic gel that is easily digestible and quickly supplies carbohydrates during sporting activity. The gels can be taken without water, which ensures a fast dose of carbohydrates to the muscles without the feeling of fullness that can occur with excessive drinking.

Carbohydrate depletion in the body is one of the main causes of fatigue during sporting exertion. Proper carbohydrate replenishment delays fatigue and increases sporting performance.

Dosage:

consume 1 - 3 gels per hour
