A very effective capsule form of six important minerals in chelated form. It is an excellent food supplement and at the same time it is 60 capsules and also an aid for keeping to a balanced diet, not only for active athletes. The minerals represented are magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, chromium and selenium. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and for regular heart function. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal function of the nervous system. Zinc helps with regular metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids and, above all, with protein synthesis. Iron contributes to the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the transport of oxygen. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of glucose levels in the body. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
