Creatine is a substance that occurs naturally in our body. It is the basic source of energy for muscle contraction. Its regular consumption mainly increases muscle performance during intensive training.

To increase effectiveness, we recommend using it in so-called creatine cycles. A favourable effect can be achieved by taking at least 3 grams of creatine in the daily dose.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE is intended for:

• to increase strength
• for intensively training athletes

Recommended dosage of the CREATINE MONOHYDRATE product:

• Training days: take 3.5 g 30 minutes before training.
• Non-training days: take 3.5 g in the morning on an empty stomach.
• It is advisable to combine it with carbohydrates (e.g. together with a gainer).
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use: 1 level teaspoon = approx. 1.8 g. The teaspoon is not included in the package. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix in a drink. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 °C and consume within 6 months.

Warning: Food supplement, particularly suitable for athletes.

Creatine is not recommended to be combined with a larger amount of coffee, due to possible digestive problems.
