Recommended dosage of BCAA 4:1:1 TABS: dose according to weight. Up to 90 kg of body weight 6 tablets daily, 90 - 120 kg 8 tablets daily, over 120 kg 10 tablets daily. To improve performance, take half of the daily dose 45 - 60 minutes before exertion. For maximum support, take the other half of the dose immediately after finishing training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
