CREATINE ETHYL ESTER (CEE) is an advanced form of creatine – an esterified creatine, which is characterised by better stability and excellent utilisation. This type of creatine is suitable for speed, endurance and strength-speed sports (hockey, basketball, handball, mountaineering). Regular intake increases muscle performance during intense training. To increase effectiveness, we recommend using it in so-called creatine cycles. A beneficial effect can be achieved by taking at least 3 grams of creatine in the daily dose.

CREATINE ETHYL ESTER is intended:

• for improving muscle performance
• for intensively training athletes

Recommended dosage of CREATINE ETHYL ESTER: 3 capsules approx. 45 minutes before physical exertion and 3 capsules after finishing the sports performance. The maximum daily dose is 6 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
