Creatine monohydrate in an exceptionally pure form, guaranteed by the Creapure® brand. Creatine is a nitrogenous compound found in the body mainly in skeletal muscle, and during demanding physical activity it is depleted.

If you use CREATINE MONOHYDRATE CREAPURE® before physical activity, by taking creatine you increase strength and muscular work in short-term high-intensity performance. You will achieve a positive effect by taking at least 3 grams of creatine per day.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE CREAPURE is intended:

• to increase strength
• for intensively training athletes

Recommended dosage:

• Training days: the basic daily dose to support performance is 5 g (2 level teaspoons) 30 minutes before training.
• Non-training days: use 5 g in the morning on an empty stomach. Dose regularly for 4 weeks, then include a break of at least 4-6 weeks.
• It is advisable to combine it with carbohydrates (e.g. together with a gainer, which ensures better utilisation and effectiveness).
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use: 5 g = 2 level teaspoons. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix in a sports drink. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 °C and consume within 4 months.
