Recommended dosage of THERMOBOOSTER COMPRESSED CAPS: take 1-2 capsules daily. Always on an empty stomach before a meal or 60 minutes before physical activity. Take for 2-3 months and then take a 3 week break. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not take before bed. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
