Maxxis MINION DHF tyre 27.5x2.5 WT EXO TR 3C MaxxTerra folding (black)
Thanks to a tread construction that deftly balances rolling speed with braking and cornering grip, it is no wonder the Minion DHF is one of the most imitated tyres for mountain bikes. Whether you ride local trails, a backcountry epic, race enduro or the downhill World Cup, there is a Minion DHF specification that will meet your needs.
"The Minion DHF is a legend among freeride and downhill tyres. A standard that other competing tyres try to approach. The DHF can be used at the front and the rear (depending on track conditions). It has excellent ride characteristics, above all it sits perfectly in corners and holds its line superbly when riding fast. It is designed for loose natural surfaces such as gravel, mud and clay. Angled knobs in the centre of the tread reduce rolling resistance, and transverse grooves in the tread multiply the number of edges that hold better on loose ground.
- EXO – sidewall protection against cuts and punctures
- The triple-compound 3C technology offers minimal rolling resistance and an exceptionally long tread life
- WIDE TRAIL (WT) – the tyre shape is optimised for use on rims with an inner width of 30-35 mm
- Casing with a thread density of 60 TPI
- Tubeless Ready Kevlar folding bead
- Maximum recommended pressure 50 PSI/3.5 bar
- Weight 945 g
