34R BMX is the first brand in the world to introduce an original dual-cable brake lever design. The lever is CNC-machined from Al 6061 T6.
A pulley system delivers strong braking power by transferring force from the lever to the brake arms, allowing the lever to be operated with just one finger. The lever pivots on a brass bushing for smooth action. The simple, secure design slides onto the handlebar rather than using the split clamp found on most other models. The brake cable housing fits directly into the lever body without ferrules or barrel adjusters. The two cables work independently and can be replaced easily at any time. We recommend using original 34R Clito brake cables with a 4x4 mm cable head and a diameter of 1.5 mm.
