Special mouldable LAKE carbon insoles.

Suitable for most cycling shoes.

Lake Raven composite insoles are designed to allow individual adjustment of the foot inside the shoe. This way you achieve perfect power transfer from the leg to the pedals.

The insole fixes the foot inside the shoe and there is no micro-movement of the foot in the heel area.

Raven insoles are compatible with most cycling shoes.

To achieve the best installation result, place your current insole on top of the Raven insole and use a marker to "outline" the original insole.

Then cut off the excess upper part of the insole, which is made of EVA foam.

It is advisable to cut off a smaller piece first and then try whether the insole fits in the shoe and no crease forms on it.

• place the insole in an oven at 100 degrees for 2-3 min.
• then place the insole in the shoe, put the shoes on and stay in the shoes for approx. 2-3 min. - warning: do not put weight on the foot (put the shoes on while seated)
• the moulding can be repeated after the composite material has cooled down to room temperature
