Thanks to rear-wheel-off mounting, 100% of the pedalling energy is guaranteed to be transferred to the trainer, and at the same time this system is one of the quietest on the market. The trainer communicates via Bluetooth as well as ANT+ to transmit data to a smartphone or tablet. A 12-month free My E-Training app is also included.
