PENCO AFTER ACTIVITY Q10 is an energy recovery drink that restores the bodys balance after exertion (training, a race or excessive physical effort). It replenishes glycogen stores in the muscles and liver, helping to prevent post-training catabolic processes. Energy is supplied both by simple sugars (sucrose, glucose) and by higher-molecular polysaccharides, amino acids and proteins. The protein component is whey protein of high biological value, which is absorbed relatively quickly and helps switch the catabolic process to an anabolic one.

To accelerate recovery, PENCO AFTER ACTIVITY Q10 is enriched with a blend of free BCAA amino acids (Branched Chain Amino Acids), which protect muscle tissue and support anabolism. One serving of the recovery drink PENCO AFTER ACTIVITY Q10 provides 350 mg of a free BCAA blend in the ideal ratio of 50% leucine, 30% valine and 20% isoleucine.
