PELUPA is very suitable as a quick snack before sports performance to increase glycogen reserves in the muscles, which are a standby source of energy for both short-term strength efforts and endurance exertion. It is enriched with a wide range of vitamins, especially vitamins C, B 6, B 12 and folic acid, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Carbohydrates are an immediate source of much-needed energy.

INGREDIENTS: extruded corn, dried milk, dried plant-based drink (glucose syrup, coconut fat, emulsifier: esters of mono- and diacylglycerols of fatty acids with tartaric acid, stabiliser: potassium phosphates, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), sucrose, cocoa powder (cocoa flavour variant only), glucose, honey, citrus pectin, emulsifier soy lecithin, sunflower oil, vitamin mix (L-ascorbic acid, tocopheryl acetate 50%, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), β-carotene (honey flavour variant only). Allergy warning: the product contains milk.

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: For adults, mix 4 scoops (50 g) of powder in approx. 140 ml of water or milk into a porridge; for children from 12 years 2 scoops (25 g) in 70 ml; for children from 3 years 1 scoop (15 g) per day. It is eaten either for breakfast or as a snack, on its own or combined with jam, compotes or fresh fruit. To increase glycogen stores we recommend consuming BA PELUPA every day for at least 3–4 days before a race or at least once 1–3 hours before the effort.
