Shelter ZeroDue is a very thin (0.2 mm) and lightweight polymer protection.

It conforms easily to difficult geometries and has incredibly high abrasion resistance.

An ideal complement to Shelter Off-Road (1.2 mm) and Shelter Road (0.6 mm).

Instead of supplying pre-cut kits, we decided to offer Shelter ZeroDue as A4 sheets (with a removable printing paper layer): you can download the PDF cutting guide (below), print it directly onto Shelter ZeroDue A4 (with any inkjet printer) and cut it out with scissors. The printing paper layer can then be removed and the Shelter ZeroDue piece stuck onto the frame.

The shape of the frame protection can also be sketched with a pencil, or you can simply cut freehand.

Use:

After removing cables or other obstructing elements, clean and degrease the area where you want to apply the Shelter.

Choose the desired shape of Shelter ZeroDue and remove the printing paper.

Peel off the Shelter protective liner to expose the adhesive surface. Place it in position and smooth it from the centre towards the edges.

Just 12.8 grams for a full A4 sheet (210 x 297 mm), Shelter ZeroDue weighs just 0.02 grams per square centimetre!

Shelter also acts as protection against UV radiation.
