Zeroflats ZeroCUC Kit

Impact-resistant foam insert designed for tubeless wheels.

ZeroCUC has a high density and maximum shape memory.

It is used in combination with ZeroFlats latex milk and allows the use of low tyre pressures, which increases ride comfort and traction and prevents tyre punctures as well as rim damage. The foam is non-absorbent – in the 40mm width version it weighs only 50g.

ZERO CUC INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR TUBELESS TYRES:

1. Remove the wheel from the frame

2. Remove the tyre from the rim

3. Attach the ZERO CUC valve to the rim

4. Install the ZeroCUC tubeless valve in the rim

5. Mount the tyre

6. Add ZERO FLATS latex milk

7. Inflate the tyre so that the bead seats in the rim, then adjust the pressure to the riders needs

8. Install the wheel in the frame
