The aluminium rim made of S6000 alloy with an internal width of 17 mm easily takes wider tyres, improving ride comfort and the absorption of bumps. The reinforced rim construction with a precise pinned joint gives the wheel the structural strength needed for high mileage.
The combination of straight steel spokes (straight pull) ensures high lacing stiffness and efficient power transfer when pedalling. Reliable engagement is provided by the FTS-L freewheel body and smooth running is guaranteed by sealed industrial QRM bearings.
