WEND WAX-OFF is much more than a chain cleaner. Wax-Off is a penetrating liquid wax additive that cleans. The cleaner quickly deals with wax, oil and dirt, the chain is shiny clean while the wax penetrates deep and lubricates. WEND Wax-Off is the ideal way to clean the chain before applying Wax-On lubricant and helps to extend chain life. Once you switch to WEND products, you will never look back.

Cleaning:

Apply WEND WAX-OFF to a rag and pull the chain through the rag until it is clean.

Applying the wax:

1. Apply a small amount of WEND WAX-OFF to a rag.

2. Pull the chain through the rag until the chain is completely clean.

3. Lightly apply WEND WAX-ON to the chain rollers facing outwards.

4. Lightly apply WEND WAX-ON to the chain rollers facing inwards.

5. For better results, work WEND WAX-ON deeper into the chain with your fingers. Penetration into the rollers is crucial in this step!

6. PRO-TIP – Immediately after step 5, drip a small amount of WAX-OFF onto the chain and use your fingers to rub the liquid into the freshly lubricated chain. Let the chain dry before riding.

WEND Wax-On is the very first “brush-on” wax-based chain lubricant. Wax-On not only keeps chains clean, but friction-reducing additives also ensure an extremely quiet and efficient chain run. Wax-On keeps the chain clean, quiet and minimises friction.

It is no secret that the most effective way of lubricating chains so far remains dipping the chain into a container of melted paraffin. However, this method is time-consuming, has a temporary effect and is dangerous. WEND Waxworks decided to create a lubricant with the same effectiveness, if not higher, than that achieved by hot waxing, but easy to apply. After two years, the WEND R&D department came up with the Wax-On product.

Wax-On is a complex paraffin-based blend that includes proprietary friction reducers and proven lubricants such as zinc and Teflon.

Application is very easy, the user simply brushes the wax onto the chain rollers and within seconds the chain is ready for top performance. Overall user satisfaction is high thanks to ease of use, product cleanliness and lubrication effectiveness.
