EFFECTS

It replaces the vitamins and sodium that the body uses up and sweats out during long endurance exercise (cycling, running, triathlon, cross-country skiing, etc.). Sodium is one of the most abundant minerals in sweat and its excessive loss can lead to muscle cramps - so it is advisable to replace it adequately during sport.

• Sodiumsupports muscle contractions and the transmission of nerve impulses as the basis of optimal muscle function.
• Vitamin C and B vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and support the optimal functioning of energy metabolism during sport, i.e. they support the production of energy and its distribution to the muscles.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE
