Description
The third generation of Continentals most widely used road tyre with a wire bead.
For a very low price you get a quality tyre that can be used mainly for training and everyday riding.
The tyre construction is based on a wire bead and a solid cord of threads with a density of 3/180 TPI, i.e. 60 TPI in three layers. The proven Pure Grip Compound with balanced properties was used as the compound – good grip in the dry and the wet, low rolling resistance and good mileage.
The Continental Ultra Sport 3 tyre is completely smooth on the top and has grooves towards the sides for water drainage. The construction and load capacity of the tyre also suit use on road e-bikes.
