Campagnolo cranks Chorus 12s UltraTorgue 36-52T 170 mm

ULTRA TORQUE Chorus™ CRANKS 12x2 have been updated for the 12-speed system. The new chainrings are optimised for use with a narrower chain and the double ramps ensure an instant response when shifting. The design has also been changed, achieving better aerodynamic values. Of course, the time-tested system of joining the two half-axles with a single bolt (the Ultra Torque system) has been retained.

The cranks are traditionally made of carbon fibre. The carbon cranks are fitted with steel half-axles joined by a single steel bolt. The half-axles include industrial steel bearings with low rolling resistance. The chainrings are also new, with modified ramps for faster shifting – they are not attached to each other but bolted directly to the cranks. This integrated chainring mounting allows every combination of chainrings produced to be fitted to a single type of crank. The chainrings are tightened to the cranks with light duralumin bolts. The cranks are offered in lengths of 165/170/172.5/175mm and in chainring combinations 52-36/50-34/48-32.

The Q-factor of the new cranks is 145.5mm – the cranks are compatible with bikes with classic rim brakes as well as bikes with disc brakes.
