Recommended dosage of the MULTIVITAMIN COMPRESSED CAPS product: 1 capsules in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use of the MULTIVITAMIN COMPRESSED CAPS product: swallow the capsules according to the recommended dosage and wash down with enough water. Alcoholic and milk drinks are not suitable. Do not chew the capsule!
