Motorex Wet Conditions 3 Lube chain lubricant for use in wet and heavily contaminated conditions is a biodegradable, water-repellent, fully synthetic lubricant for use in particularly wet weather.

Thanks to its additives it penetrates quickly and deep into the chain and provides optimal protection against corrosion. Its water-repellent properties make it specially adapted to riding conditions that require long-lasting adhesion of the oil to the chain. Motorex recommends applying the oil to the inside of a previously cleaned chain and letting it work ideally overnight. Excess oil should be wiped off with a cloth after lubricating. The wet-conditions chain lubricant is an effective means of lubricating the chain in rainy and muddy conditions, thereby protecting it from adhesion and heavy contamination that could increase wear. The lubricant is intended for use on the road in bad weather, as well as for cross bikes and mountain bikes on muddy gravel and field tracks. An unsuitable chain lubricant can quickly wash off in the wet or, after a short time, turn into a sticky abrasive paste of greasy deposits and sand that gets lodged between the chainrings, pulley wheels and chain links. Thanks to its composition, which is particularly repellent to dirt and water, the fully synthetic, biodegradable lubricant from Motorex penetrates deep into the core of the chain links, reduces friction and forms a closed, hydrophobic protective coating with excellent surface adhesion. It has anti-corrosion properties and is recommended for continuous lubrication of the chain and shifting on frequent rides in rainy weather.
