The 29" Mavic Crossmax built wheels are a stiff and reliable wheelset designed for modern cross-country (XC) and trail riding. The welded Maxtal alloy rims with an internal width of 25 mm offer a balanced ratio between weight and durability. The rims are Tubeless Ready, which allows an easy switch to a tubeless system for greater traction and a lower risk of punctures.

At the centre of the built wheels are Infinity hubs with an aluminium axle and QRM Auto industrial bearings, which automatically take up play and keep the running smooth without frequent adjustment. Reliable power transfer is provided by the Instant Drive 360 ratchet mechanism with quick engagement. The wheels are fitted with a Shimano Micro Spline freehub body for twelve-speed Shimano cassettes and the Center Lock disc mounting system.
