Pirelli is expanding the P ZERO™ family with the most comprehensive and versatile tyre in its portfolio. The goal of the new P ZERO™ ROAD tyre is to be the perfect solution for cyclists looking for balanced riding characteristics. It was specifically developed as a training tyre for the fastest World Tour riders. The tyre construction is designed for use with an inner tube, and Pirelli incorporated the Evo rubber compound and TechBELT casing technology into it to achieve excellent reliability, ride comfort and puncture resistance while keeping weight low.

The EVO rubber compound has all the technical characteristics for versatile riding performance: excellent rolling and grip, good adhesion and long life. The combination of these characteristics results in optimised and balanced tyre properties for the rider.

TechBELT

A high-performance casing structure with an added layer of highly cut-resistant fabric under the tread, so that the tyre can provide outstanding puncture resistance in a wide range of conditions. The combination of this layer and the casing plies makes it possible to achieve the most efficient rolling resistance and weight parameters for this construction intended for use with an inner tube.
