A rail that lets you shift the bottle cage or, for example, a pump by 9 degrees to either side. Altogether you therefore get 18 degrees of offset. Lateral offset for right- and left-handed riders. Suitable above all for frames with a massive frame tube or full-suspension frames, where bottle handling was often poor because of a collision with the shock.
