Proven design of a standard double-wall rim with a reinforced tyre bead hook.

It stands out for its high strength and durability. The rim is equipped with the SCR safety system, which consists of reinforcing the base of the tyre bead hook with an additional layer so that it does not break off when the braking surface is worn. After excessive wear of this layer, the sidewall tilts and the rim widens, which causes self-braking. The braking surface is deformed and a groove starts to appear on it. The permitted wear of the braking surface is 0.35mm. Material: AW 6005 - a special Al alloy with increased strength and resistance to fatigue fracture, weight: 590g, finish: black anodised (BA), 32 holes.
