This compact and durable companion for cycling trips has the eight most important functions ready. Besides the current speed, the wireless BC 8.0 WL cycling computer also informs you about the average speed and the total riding time. With the large button you can easily switch between the clock, riding time, total kilometres and daily kilometres.

Whether cyclists set off on a weekend ride with the family or commute to work by bike – the BC 8.0 WL cycling computer offers eight basic functions: daily kilometres, speed, total kilometres, riding time, clock, total riding time, average speed and average speed comparison.

Constant comparison with the average speed

An interesting feature of the BC 8.0 WL cycling computer is the permanent comparison of current and average speed. The comparison is indicated by the direction of an arrow: an arrow pointing up means the cyclist is riding faster than the average speed. An arrow pointing down means they are riding slower. As soon as the average speed is reached, the arrow disappears.

Wireless data transmission

Thanks to the coded wireless radio transmission (WL) developed by SIGMA, no cables are needed any more. The radio transmitter attached to the fork continuously and without interference transmits the measured speed to the BC 8.0 WL receiver.

Easy-to-read display

The BC 8.0 WL display, measuring 31 x 39 mm, is just the right size for cyclists to have a perfect overview of their data. The large digits are easy to read even while riding. The cycling computer attracts attention whether mounted on a trekking, city or even a childrens bike.

Weatherproof with a long battery life

The BC 8.0 WL is waterproof and weather-resistant, so it is ready for use at any time. Cyclists also do not need to worry about the battery life of the wireless speedometer. The integrated replaceable coin cell battery (CR 2032) can power the BC 8.0 WL for more than two years.

Multi-day tours

The BC 8.0 WL cycling computer measures riding time and distance even on longer cycling trips. This makes it easy to display the entire distance of a multi-day cycling holiday.

Quick installation

The handlebar mount for the BC 8.0 WL cycling computer and the speed sensor can be quickly mounted on the bike using the supplied cable ties. The cycling computer can be conveniently removed and stored at any time.

Easy operation

Setting up and operating the BC 8.0 WL is a breeze – just one button is enough. You can easily scroll through the individual functions at any time.

A talent for languages

The BC 8.0 WL is a little language genius. On the full-text display you can choose from seven languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish.

Predefined tyre sizes

Thanks to the predefined tyre sizes, setting up the BC 8.0 WL is easy – from small childrens bikes to 29" bikes. The tyre circumference can also be entered manually to the millimetre.
