If you use CREAPORT before physical activity, by taking creatine you increase strength and muscular work in short-term high-intensity performance. You will achieve a positive effect by taking at least 3 grams of creatine per day. The effectiveness of CREAPORT is further supported by its content of L-glutamine and taurine. To increase effectiveness, we recommend using it in so-called creatine cycles.
