A large dose (375 mg) of a rapidly absorbed liquid form of magnesium, enriched with vitamin B6. Athletes use this product as a helper in acute cases of magnesium deficiency. A magnesium deficit can manifest as an increase in cramps, lethargy or, for example, headaches.

Due to demanding physical activity, dietary lapses or stress, the magnesium level in the body can decrease. A highly effective magnesium solution helps quickly replenish the level of this important mineral in the body. Together with vitamin B6, it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, supports energy metabolism and contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. Magnesium also contributes to normal protein synthesis and muscle function.
