It was developed with a precise goal: maximum uphill performance.

The new Fulcrum Speed 25 wheel combines lightness and handling in a low-profile wheel that, thanks to the use of Fulcrums top technologies, is ideal for conquering summits and enjoying descents.

The Speed 25 was inspired by the winning Racing Light XLR racing models. An extremely successful and popular wheel both with the general public and with professional racers who used it in mountain stages. The Speed 25 wheels have a 26mm profile, symmetric at the front and asymmetric at the rear, to optimise the ideal ratio between lightness and aerodynamics.

With an official weight of only 1 285 grams, they are the ideal wheel for cyclists who want to achieve the best uphill times, but also for ultra-cyclists who have to cope with adverse weather conditions and want a stable and reliable wheel even in strong gusts of wind.

The Speed 25 wheels were developed in a disc brake version, with an internal rim width of 21 mm and Fulcrums patented MoMag™ and DIMF technologies. The hubs use USB™ ceramic bearings. Lightness, handling and smoothness are key aspects of wheel performance.
