The high demands for quality, reliability and low weight are met, besides the top Werx version, also by the other models of the Axon range. Here the carbon material of the outer legs has been replaced by a lightweight magnesium alloy. The steerer and the upper hollow crown received a solid aluminium design. Inside, however, everything remained exactly as befits a top racing fork. Effectively working air suspension and an advanced damping system with a closed oil cartridge will satisfy every professional and amateur biker alike.
Magnesium outer legs with a solid fifteen-millimetre axle, aluminium stanchions and finally an aluminium crown with a tapered steerer are among the best that the Axon can offer. Even in its more affordable yet still very lightweight and durable version, the Axon has not given up the latest technologies and delivers to the letter everything you expect from a modern fork. For the highest-spec Elite versions, add to all that a hollow upper crown and a solid titanium axle.
The air suspension system with a closed-type oil damping cartridge is standard across all production versions of the Axon range of forks. The pinnacle of the offering remains the RLRC version with remote lockout from the handlebars and the ability to adjust rebound speed and the amount of low-speed compression.
