A plastic holder for Sport Arsenal handlebar bags fits all types of handlebar bags.

You simply mount the plastic holder on the handlebars and then fit the bag. The orange safety catch on the holder locks your bag firmly in place and you are ready to set off. By simply squeezing the orange catch you can take the bag off the holder again.
