FULCRUM Sharq built wheels are designed for a better riding experience and maximum performance on mixed terrain, from asphalt to gravel roads. The wheel is the result of careful research and advanced engineering, offering a unique combination of handling, aerodynamics, responsiveness and durability thanks to the new rim and spoke design.

FULCRUM is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the launch of the new SHARQ model, the first product designed specifically for endurance and all-road use. The SHARQ name reflects the essence of this wheel and its well-defined character: an unrivalled combination of smoothness, handling, aerodynamics, responsiveness and comfort, inspired by the Speed / Wind and Rapid Red Carbon models.

The key features of the FULCRUM Sharq include:

2-Wave rim: The patented rim design ensures an optimal balance between handling and aerodynamics. The rim profile height varies between 42 and 47 mm, which improves crosswind resistance.
A3RO spokes: Flat steel spokes 3 mm wide and 0.8 mm thick provide considerable aerodynamic benefits. The special construction ensures long-term tension and consistent performance.
Weight: The total weight of the pair of wheels is only 1440 grams, which guarantees lightness and responsiveness.

The FULCRUM Sharq wheel is equipped with technology for using tubeless tyres and is suitable both for road tyres with a minimum width of 30 mm and for wider tyres for off-road use. The internal rim width is 25 mm, which is an effective compromise between aerodynamics and rolling resistance.
